i appreciated the proximity to various stores, including donki it was a short walk. sensoji temple and asakusa station were also easily accessible from the hotel. the airport shuttle service stops directly at the hotel, and i found this convenient.
we had booked our room well in advance. upon arrival, we discovered the room setup did not include two beds. additionally, the provided room for our stay was designated for smokers which was a surprise.

A satisfactory experience

spacious layouthelpful stafflong queuesaverage buffets
My room offered a spacious layout. I had a lovely view of the Skytree from my window. The beds felt comfortable, and the bathroom included a very functional closet. The staff was kind and helpful.
I found only two coffee machines to serve the entire dining room at breakfast. This led to very long queues. The dinner and breakfast buffets seemed rather average. I hoped for more variety.

The staff were so polite! The hotel's location was also good , because it was within walking distance of the Tokyo Skytree , Sensoji Temple , and the station. I found a really nice lounge with kind and cute staff.
The mattresses should have been replaced! They were sagging and hard. The actual mattress depth was only 6 inches. Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarette smoke , and the ventilation did not seem to work , so it was stuffy.
